After lunch, your journey continues into the heart of the old city. Marvel at the exterior of Hagia Sophia, pass the ancient Hippodrome of Constantinople, visit the majestic Blue Mosque, and breathe in exotic aromas at the Spice Bazaar.

End the day with an optional 2-hour Bosphorus Day Cruise, or simply relax after this full, beautiful day.

In the morning, take a short domestic flight to Cappadocia, where your next adventure begins.

Upon arrival, settle into your authentic cave hotel, then head out on the Red Tour. Discover the enchanting Göreme Open-Air Museum, wander through ancient cave churches, explore Çavuşin Village, and photograph the surreal fairy chimneys of Pasabag (Monks Valley) and Devrent Valley.

Wrap up the day with a pottery experience in Avanos, where artisans still work with clay from the red river.

Rise before dawn for your sunrise hot air balloon ride — a true bucket-list moment. As the sky turns pink and gold, float above the valleys, chimneys, and fairy-tale landscapes of Cappadocia.

After breakfast, embark on the Green Tour, which includes the Göreme Panorama, Derinkuyu Underground City, a riverside hike through Ihlara Valley, the cliff-side Selime Monastery, and stunning views from Pigeon Valley.

By evening, you’ll board a flight to Izmir and transfer to your hotel in nearby Kuşadası, a coastal town along the sparkling Aegean Sea.
