GoDriver is a licensed Turkish travel agency offering airport transfers, guided tours, travel packages, and custom travel services. Our company operates under Turkish law and complies with European Union regulations on consumer rights and data protection (GDPR).
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You agree not to engage in unlawful, misleading, or abusive activities on our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking or account credentials.
You accept that all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings can be made online through www.godriver.net, via email, or over the phone/WhatsApp.
A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
Prices shown are final unless otherwise stated, inclusive of taxes and applicable fees.
Certain services may require upfront payment or a deposit. This will be specified during checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways.
All transactions are processed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.
GoDriver does not store sensitive payment information.
Daily Tours / Activities / Transfers
Free cancellation and full refund available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Tours / Travel Packages
Free cancellation and full refund available up to 72 hours before the tour start date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a confirmed service without cancellation will be treated as a no-show, with no refund issued.
Supplier or Weather-Related Cancellations
If GoDriver or its partners must cancel a service due to operational, weather, or other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.
You may request changes (dates, times, participant count) up to 24 hours in advance for single-day services and 72 hours in advance for multi-day tours.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Ensure you have a valid passport, visa (if applicable), and meet all travel requirements.
Arrive at pickup points or meeting spots on time. Delays caused by customers may result in service reductions without refund.
Respect local laws, customs, and the instructions of guides/drivers during tours.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, personal belongings, accidents, and medical emergencies.
GoDriver is not liable for personal injuries, losses, or damages not directly caused by our negligence.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
GoDriver is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
War, riots, or political unrest
Public health crises (e.g., pandemics)
Airport or transport strikes
Government restrictions or emergencies
We comply with EU Directive 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements.
Consumers have the right to clear pre-contractual information, cancellation conditions, and refund timelines.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any legal disputes must be filed in the appropriate courts in Istanbul (Fatih) unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
